- Do you accept my insurance?
- Most major dental plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, United Concordia, BlueCross BlueShield, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, and Principal. We also work with Aetna patients on an out-of-network basis — we file claims as a courtesy, but benefits apply at out-of-network rates. Call our front desk and we'll verify your coverage before any treatment is scheduled.
- What if I don't have dental insurance?
- Our in-house Virginia Dental Club membership plan is built for patients without insurance. One flat yearly fee includes two cleanings, two exams, all routine X-rays, and 20% off most additional treatment. No deductibles, no claim forms, no yearly maximums.
- Is the Virginia Dental Club the same as insurance?
- No — and that is the point. The Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan, not insurance. For most patients without coverage, it delivers more value with less paperwork. Membership activates immediately, and there is no waiting period for routine care.
- Do you offer financing for larger treatment plans?
- Yes. CareCredit and similar third-party financing options are available for implants, full-mouth reconstruction, Invisalign, and other longer-term plans. Your front desk can walk you through the application before treatment starts.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Cash, check, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), CareCredit, FSA/HSA cards, and the Virginia Dental Club membership.
- Will I get a written treatment estimate before any work begins?
- Yes. Before any treatment beyond a standard cleaning, you'll receive a written estimate that includes your portion after insurance and any membership discount. No surprise bills.
