“Lit every night since '49.”

★ Star City of the South

You deserve the kind of dentistry the Roanoke Valley has been quietly missing.

You hike Carvins Cove on Saturday mornings. You commute over the parkway to Carilion. You watch the Mill Mountain star light up the Roanoke skyline at night. The Cave Spring you live in deserves a dentist who understands all of that — and who has the time to actually talk to you.

Roanoke Dental Center was built for neighbors like you. Two unhurried offices a few miles apart in 24018. Two dentists who walk you through your options instead of rushing you out. The full range of care — modern imaging, gentle Invisalign, sedation, and yes, even non-surgical root canals (most small practices refer those out — your team here doesn't) — so you and your family aren't bounced between specialists.

You're not a chart number. You're a Roanoke Valley patient — and your team plans to earn your trust the same way the star earned ours. Slowly. Steadily. Lit every night since '49.

I dreaded the dentist for a decade. The team at Electric Rd actually listened. Got my root canal done in-house — most places would’ve sent me out to a specialist for weeks of waiting.

Finally found a dentist who handles cosmetic work and feels honest about it. My veneers look like ME, just better. Dr. Perry took the time to actually understand what I was looking for.

We don’t have insurance and the Virginia Dental Club made it actually affordable to bring my whole family in. The Brambleton office is beautiful and the staff treated my kids like real people.

Dr. Razi was so patient with my anxiety. I felt heard. The Brambleton office is warm and well-run — nothing about it feels rushed or transactional. Worth the drive from Vinton.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are Roanoke Dental Center's offices?+

Roanoke Dental Center has two offices in Cave Spring, Virginia (ZIP 24018). The Electric Rd office is at 2660 Electric Rd Suite A, Roanoke, VA 24018, phone 540-774-8288. The Brambleton Ave office is at 4907 Brambleton Ave, Roanoke, VA 24018, phone 540-774-3143. Both are in southwest Roanoke County and serve the broader Roanoke Valley.

Which dentist sees patients at each Cave Spring office?+

Dr. David Perry, DDS leads the Electric Rd office. Dr. Syed Razi, DMD leads the Brambleton Ave office. Each location has its own dedicated front desk, and patients pick the office that fits their commute — no need to switch dentists across visits.

Does Roanoke Dental Center do root canals in-house?+

Yes. Roanoke Dental Center performs non-surgical root canal therapy in-house at the Electric Rd office under Dr. David Perry, DDS. Most small dental practices in the region refer root canals out to a specialist, which can mean weeks of waiting and multiple referrals. Keeping non-surgical RCT under one roster is the practice's defining clinical differentiator.

What dental insurance does Roanoke Dental Center accept?+

Roanoke Dental Center accepts most major dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, United Concordia, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, and Principal. The front desk verifies coverage before treatment. Patients without insurance can use the in-house Virginia Dental Club membership plan as an alternative.

What is the Virginia Dental Club, and how much does it cost?+

The Virginia Dental Club is the discount membership plan Roanoke Dental Center participates in for patients without dental insurance. It costs $279 per year for an Individual membership, and $259 per year for each additional household member added to that membership. Members get free comprehensive exams, free full-mouth X-rays, and free adult cleanings (each up to 2 per year), plus 20% off composite fillings, root canals, occlusal night guards, and most other dental services. There are no deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums. Available at both Cave Spring offices.

What are Roanoke Dental Center's hours? Can I book outside of business hours?+

Clinical hours at both Cave Spring offices are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Appointment scheduling is available 24/7 — patients can reserve a visit any hour of the day or night through each location's online booking page, or by phone (messages left after hours are confirmed at the start of the next business day).
